Shipping and Handling
Your order is typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and will be shipped out from USA warehouses. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days (within Continental USA) after shipping out depending on your location. Once the order is shipped out, the tracking number will be emailed to you. We offer free shipping to all orders within continental USA.
We do not ship to PO boxes, to any locations outside the United States, or to any of the following states and territories:
American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Returns
We accept returns for any of our products purchased within 30 days for quality due to workmanship of the product.
If you would like to request a return for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at media@zupio.io within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once we receive confirmation that the product has been sent back to us, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. Refunds may show up on your credit card up to ten (10) business days after we have initiated the refund.
